it's not as bad as everyone thinks, once you really stop to THINK ABOUT IT.
what our dear 杜指挥 was trying to tell us was just that we had to do something about what we thought was wrong, and tell us what he sees is wrong in our administration.

where got reason to emo!

i'm one of the persons that he really dislikes, and yeah i'm trying my best to earn the respect from him, and since i can't do it musically (my section is full of imba god like singers: Kang Jie, Ian, Yishu) i can only try to amaze him with my powerful skills at random tasks O:

杜指挥 isn't a bad person lah he won't hate you for no reason, and neither does he scold for no reason. to talk about responsibility i don't think we have been as responsible as he wants, but we have done a decent job. so let's like get over whatever he said and accept his criticism so we can also be betterm and make sure we are more responsible next time.

that's one important value i think any teacher and 杜指挥 wants to instill in every choir member, responsibility. to take care of ourselves, to take care of our belongings, take care of what tasks we are entrusted to do and all the random blah blah reasons one by one abcdefg.

sorry, being super incoherent here. anyways Not Going Anywhere by Keren Ann is a BLOODY NICE SONG.
